Payment
Schedule

• Totals between
  $200.00 and $400.00 may be paid in two (2) installments, with one payment
  up front accompanied by one post-dated cheque, six months hence.
  
• Totals between
  $400.00 and $800.00 may be paid in three (3) installments, with one payment
  up front accompanied by two post-dated cheques, four months apart, starting
  four months hence.
  
• Totals $800.00
  and higher may be paid in four (4) installments, with one payment up front
  accompanied by three post-dated cheques, three months apart, starting three
  months hence.

  Note: Banner and header Banner Ad pricing does NOT include custom designed
  logos or Internet consulting unless otherwise stated.
  

Returned
Cheque Policy

There is a
non-refundable $45.00 charge per N.S.F. cheque. Where two (2) cheques have
been returned, the contractual agreement will be terminated, with the balance
to be paid within 30 days. Interest will be applied to any outstanding balance
after 30 days at the rate of 2.5% compounded monthly.

Banner
Policy

OVG reserves
the right to determine, and does not guarantee, the availability of any and
all side banner and home page banner ad space.

Payment
Appendum

OVG reserves
the right to apply interest on any unpaid balance over 30 days at a rate
of 2.5% compounded monthly.

Note: It is
the clients responsibility to provide digital images and graphics in JPG
format as well as text material, in text format. In the absence of such,
the following services will be applied in addition to the packages chosen
as required.
OVG will inform the client of the additions prior to agreement of the contract
total.
